My Latest Nutritional Ketosis Update

*Similar to the previous Nutritional Ketosis Disaster post, this article was written before I understood what a real Nutritional Ketosis Diet Plan was. Like most people who are trying to do LCHF, I thought Jimmy Moore's version of Nutritional Ketosis was what Dr. Phinney wrote.

Please keep that in mind while reading this post. I have tried to clean up the misconceptions as well as I could.

What I Learned from Doing the Weight Watchers Exchange Plan

There's always something new to learn or understand. You just have to be vitally interested in something, so you're able to discover new things.

When experiencing the old Weight Watchers Exchange Plans for the first time, I didn't realize I was learning how to shed the dieting mindset, but today, I can see the benefit of those lessons more clearly.

Now that I’ve gotten my distraction with Nutritional Ketosis out of the way, I’ve started to look more closely at the Old Weight Watchers Program. What I like about that system is how it focuses on balance and portion control, rather than counting calories, fat grams, or carbohydrates.

The old Weight Watchers Diet is a more normal way of eating than other weight-loss programs.

My Nutritional Ketosis Disaster (What Happens When You Follow the Crowd)

*This article on Nutritional Ketosis was originally written before I learned what Nutritional Ketosis actually was.

It was full of inaccuracies and misconceptions because I listened to what others said Nutritional Ketosis was, instead of finding out for myself. Even so, thousands of low carbers are actually doing it this way.

I have cleaned up the misconceptions as best I can.

Weight Watchers Old Exchange Program Details

Are you searching for one of the old Weight Watchers Exchange Programs?

If so, this post introduces you to the basics for the 1985 and 1992 exchange plans, so you can get started on your dietary transformation right away.

These are the two programs that I did myself, so I'm including links at the bottom of the article to two additional posts that go into far more detail than I did here.

Letting Go of the Low Carb Dream

Are you looking for a way to let go of Keto and move on with your life?

Have you discovered that Atkins or some other low-carb plan isn't the right choice for you?

Do you need to move from low carb to a more moderate-carb lifestyle?

If so, returning carbs to your diet is the easy part. Facing yourself and letting go of the low-carb fantasy is a more difficult chore.

Weight Watchers Online Review – My Opinion

Are you thinking about joining Weight Watchers Online?

Do you think it will be similar to weekly meetings, but less expensive?

That's what I thought too.

In 2012, I decided to give the Weight Watchers Online option a try. In this post, I walk you through the basic PointsPlus Online program and share my reactions to the features you get -- what I liked and what I didn't.

After a Low Carb Diet, Where Do You Go Next?

If low carb didn't live up to its reputation, you're not alone. Only one out of three overweight people have insulin resistance, so success doing Keto is more rare than you might think.

But what do you do when you're ready to leave carbohydrate restriction behind?

Where do you go next?

Trial-and-error can be a huge time-suck, as well as discouraging, so here's what I did:
